PAYMENT, SHIPPING, SHIPPING TIME, MULTIPLE SHIPPING, EMAILS AND HOW TO HANDLE ANY PROBLEMS.
PAYMENT
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and mailed payments.
MAILED PAYMENTS: All mailed payments must use the mailed payment checkout. Make out and mail to CBL Distributors 1648 Taylor Rd. #514 Port Orange Fl. 32128
CHECKOUT: all payment methods are available using website checkout.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING TIME:
U.S.A, SHIPPING: Average shipping time is 9-15 days from payment received.
If you don't have your order within 15 days from the day
you paid please let us know.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping time depends on if and how long customs holds the order in your country before forwarding to you. I have seen it take 1 week and I have seen it take 3 weeks. We consider it a delivery problem after 3 weeks from payment recieved. If it has been longer than that please let us know.
MULTIBLE SHIPPING RATES:
ALL COMBINED SHIPPING RATES ARE AUTOMATICLY CALCULATED IN CHECKOUT.
U.S.A. ORDERS: All multiple orders after the first are 1.95 shipping and handling each regardless of product. Your first item will be the most expensive s/h of all items ordered, then 1.95 s/h each for any additional orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All multiple orders after the first are 3.95 shipping and handling each regardless of product. Your first item will be the most expensive s/h of all items ordered, then 3.95 s/h each for any additional orders.
EMAILS: Although most emails are answered the following day. Please allow a couple of days to have your emails answered.
